๐ŸŒฝ ๐Ÿ… Dinner for 8 ๐Ÿ— ๐Ÿฅฉ End of Summer Dinner Party Menu

I pretended to be a private chef for my sister and her friends for a day and cooked dinner for 8 of them. It was so fun to put this menu together with my little sister.

She selected a few recipes from my blog that she wanted and I filled in with things that I though would compliment her selections. The result was a menu that was perfect for highlighting the end of summer produce.

For appetizer I simply served the focaccia and whipped goat cheese dip with castelvetrano olives that I tossed in lemon zest and some marcona almonds. To serve 8 I made a double batch of the flank steak, chicken thighs, pasta salad and peach burrata salad.
