2 Easy Salads, Big Flavor 🥗

One of my all time favorite lunches is an Italian hoagie, but sometimes I feel like I need a little nap afterwards. These 2 salads pack the flavor of my favorite sub sandwich, but without the roll.

I like to make them for meal prep and pack into individual portions!

Italian chopped + white bean grinder = lunch you’ll crave.

Italian Chopped Salad

To make a delicious and satisfying Italian salad just chop up your ingredients and toss them in an Italian salad dressing!

White Bean Grinder Salad

This grinder salad has all of the flavors of a sub sandwich, but with white beans added to make it more filling and heartier.

The glass lunch containers I use in my home!

Don’t just take my word for it! This is what one of my readers had to say about the White Bean Grinder Salad

This is so yummy! So much flavor with items I typically have in my house.
