Dinner Made Easy: 4 Broccoli Pastas πŸ₯¦

The under appreciated heroes of weeknight dinners in my home: noodles + broccoli.

I almost always buy a bag of broccoli each week because I know I have pasta in my pantry and I can use the 2 to make one of the 4 recipes below depending on which protein I have on hand!

Hearty, family-friendly recipes that make weeknights simple.

Tofu Peanut Noodles

Crumbled tofu cooks up quickly, then gets tossed with tender rice noodles, broccoli, and a creamy peanut sauce for a wholesome, flavor-packed meal in under 30 minutes.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Pasta

An easy, delicious and high protein weeknight meal for the whole family. The easy high protein alfredo sauce is so creamy and satisfying!

The perfect pan for tossing pasta with a sauce!

Broccoli Sausage Pasta

This broccoli sausage pasta dish is just as tasty for leftovers. You could even make a double batch for meal prep.

Baked Feta and Broccoli Pasta

Inspired by the viral baked feta pasta recipe. Instead of tomatoes and garlic I used broccoli and lemon to give this creamy pasta dish a fresh flavor.

Don’t just take my word for it! This is what one of my readers had to say about Broccoli Sausage Pasta

This is so yummy!! And easy!! Made this after a day of traveling because I wanted something homemade but with a veggie and also cozy. Will definitely be making again!
